If there is a surge of orders your delivery may be delayed from delivery schedule. For orders made on big campaign days (e.g. 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12 and 25th of every month), kindly ensure that you have someone home to collect the item in the upcoming 3-4 days, excluding Sunday & PH, from date of order. E.g. order made on 09/09/21, delivery can be from 10/09 (Fri), 11/09 (Sat), 13/09(Mon), 14/09(Tue).
Do note that we will inform you the day before delivery via Email Chat. If you do not receive a message from us regarding the delivery, it means that the delivery is delayed.
